Well, friends...it's been a few months since we found out that we were voted First Place Best of Omaha Wedding Photographers AND Third Place Best of Omaha Pet Photographers! We have been so busy getting the remainder of our wedding, engagement, and family galleries out to our awesome clients that we haven't really made the official announcement!
So...we won! We're pretty proud of the work that we create for our clients and treasure the time and memories that we have with each and every one of you! We know that there are a bazillion talented wedding photographers in Omaha that you can choose from, and we're humbled that you chose to vote for us.
While we love winning things (because we're athletes and hilariously competitive by nature) we genuinely only strive to win the hearts of our clients. Our first priority is to document your lives with love and passion...we're never in this business for the accolades. We didn't win Best of Omaha because we make beautiful images in pastures...we won Best of Omaha because YOU have beautiful lives full of moments with your own stories that we were able to tell through our images. We won because of you and we are so thankful.
We've been in this industry for a long time now. Janine going into her 16th and McKenzie into her 9th. We've made it our personal mission to spread our passion for real moments in the wedding industry. We can never stress enough how important it is to document your lives as they are, in the moment, on not only the biggest days of your life, but also in the regular days. We know that many, many years down the road, the beautiful portraits you have of you and your loved ones will mean a lot to you, but the real photos of real moments with the ones that have come and gone will mean a whole lot more. And that is why we do what we do.
As this year comes to a close, we hope that on that 2018 Goal list you're making, you add "document my life" to the top of it. Because it's worth it. The exciting days and the boring days. The happy days and the sad days. The wedding days and the family days.
