Kate and Jay have known each other since they were babies. Their families were friends and grew up in the tight Ponca community. They love it so much there and their families are so important to them that they even bought and are renovating Jay's family home. In high school when Jay wrote on his senior photo for Kate he even joked, "I'm sure we'll see each other at some family wedding". Little did he know- it would be their own! Kate wore a stunning gown and got ready with all her favorite girls around her. Jay was so lit up inside when he got to see her. Family is so important to them and that theme ran throughout their day. They got married at the church Kate grew up in, they had 11. . . yep for real, 11 flower girls (not to mention a handful of adorable ring bearers) and her cousin made the stunning flowers. The entire day was filled with so much love and joy. I want to be at all their future family gatherings ( they are stuck with me!) and am thrilled I got to be a part of their day.
